Three Ways to Bliss Tai Chi Chi, Qigong, and Mindfulness Refuel your body, mind, and spirit with three essential practices of meditation that will deepen and enrich all areas of your life. These practices produce the benefits of reducing stress, balancing emotions, lowering high blood pressure, normalizing blood sugars, and increasing the bodies’ natural healing response, as well as expanding personal growth. Three ways to Bliss, Come for a time of Mindfulness present moment practices, Qigong internal breathing, and Tai Chi Chih moving meditations. There will be a combination of standing and seated meditations so wear comfortable clothing, shoes, and bring a cushion and blanket. No previous experience required.
