“Six years ago, on the advice of my mother, I went to see Theresa May. After some lengthy discussion about my past and my current health, I decided to let her try and help me. I was having major problems with my eyesight, low blood sugars, and the inability to carry a baby past 16 weeks. I was told by my doctors I would not have any more children (other than our 3 year old son) due to too much scar tissue in the uterus, (I had already had 5 miscarriages) and there was nothing they could do for my eyes as the danger of permanent blindness from too much blood pressure during pregnancy was a very real risk. After the first visit, I noticed a dramatic difference in my eyesight and my blood sugar levels balanced out. His heart murmur was also less pronounced. At the age of eighteen months the doctors declared he no longer had Noonan’s. Hand, Wrist and Arm Pain relieved after Qigong Energy Medicine and Shiatsu

“In June of 2003 I had been experiencing pain, numbness and aches in my forearms, wrists and fingers during much of the day. It was having an impact on driving, exercise and my responsibilities at work, in particular working on the computer. The problem was worse at night and I began to have a difficult time sleeping. After a visit to the doctor, I was diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, which is a repetitive stress injury that occurs in many people. I have had problems with Carpal Tunnel on and off for the past several years; however, the pain and discomfort became significant when I began some labor intense projects at home. My family physician recommended I talk to a surgeon to discuss my options of correcting the problem. The surgeon indicated that since my condition was chronic, the only solution was probably surgery, which involves cutting a tendon in your wrists and being out of work for several weeks. One day a business acquaintance suggested that I go see Theresa for energy healing. Though I was highly skeptical, the person recommending it was genuinely convincing so I thought I could give it a try before having surgery. I would rate my pain level at an 8 or 9 daily and was getting desperate feel better. Theresa said she would do a little shiatsu bodywork which is hands on (I would equate it to a very deep tissue massage that addresses specific pressure points) and then apply qigong healing which was mostly hands off the body. I would have normally dismissed this all with extreme skepticism; however, I did feel sensations during that time while she was doing off the body energy work. After the first treatment all I noticed was a strange new sensation, like a tingling that was different from the numbness, ache, and pain. After the 2nd treatment the pain dropped down to a 6, the numbness in my thumb and fingers was gone and the pain wasn’t bothering me at night. After the 3rdth and final session the aches, pain and numbness were finally gone. Since then I would consider myself essentially cured. I enjoyed my sessions very much and they were so relaxing I sometimes had a difficult time staying awake. Theresa did great work and prevented me from having to go through a very painful surgery. “This is to thank you for your help and guidance in the Qigong treatment that you provided me. It not only ”cured” my shoulder problem, but also opened my mind to more possibilities in my physical, mental, and spiritual life. I am now enjoying the study and practice of qigong and other alternative therapies and modalities.
As I first told you, I had a shoulder ache that had been bothering me for over a year. I had my doctor evaluate it several times and had an MRI taken that showed it was not a torn rotator cuff or bursitis, but it was continuously irritated. My doctor gave me cortisone shot for it and that helped for a week or so, but it would not go away. It was at that point that I decided to try some alternative therapy and I saw your ad in the phone book.
Your discussion of qigong and shiatsu concepts with me was very reassuring. You were very professional and inspiring in your comments and explanations. The energy focus work that you and I did on my shoulder not only warmed away the aches, but relieved the motion problems and chronic pain I had been experiencing.
It has been several months now since that treatment and my shoulder has been feeling just fine. As I told you, I am fairly active physically and play softball and basketball regularly. I can now play without the aches I had been enduring and I am enjoying the activities much more now.
I should note that I am a Chemical Engineer by training and was skeptical at first of this alternative treatment, but I am very open and interested now. I have continued the qigong exercises with much satisfaction. I am also a Christian by faith and I find nothing in the concepts that offend my beliefs. K. R. a very healthy and health conscious woman in her early to mid 60’s came to me for help with a condition that had occurred suddenly and the doctors prognosis was not very desirable. One day K.R. awoke and discovered that she was blind in her left eye. She first sought out the advice of her son a surgeon and also had other physicians look at her condition very carefully. They discovered that she had a blood clot in the central vein leading to her left eye. Their suggestions were to have her take aspirin to hopefully thin the blood and move the clot or surgery. If she chose to have the surgery there would be 75% chance that the blindness would be permanent. About eight weeks later, she came to me it was very clear that she was not going to take any pills whether they be herbs or the aspirin that the doctors had suggested and the odds of the surgery causing permanent damage was just not acceptable. She asked if I could help her, of course there are never any guarantees but truly anything is possible in energy medicine so I told her all I could do is do what I know and do my best. By scanning her body I was able to pick up on blockages at her lower abdomen, hips, throat, back of head and neck. I applied Shiatsu, Jin Shin Do, both of which are Asian bodywork therapies and Qigong energy healing. During each session she felt different sensations through out her body which intrigued her about TCM and energy medicine. With her curiosity and determination I also gave her things to do at home that would also be helpful and within 3 treatments she gained back almost all of her vision.

Chronic Stomach Pain ending with Hypnotherapy

“I started having stomach problems in the fall of 2000. I had constant discomfort which affected my eating as well as my daily activities. After dealing with it for a month or so, and taking a lot of OTC antacids, I
visited my doctor. I took prescription medications for an ulcer for several months, although, I never noticed an improvement from them. I finally was able to stop taking them when the pain appeared to go away late winter. Fall of 2001 the stomach problems returned. After another visit to the doctor and yet another prescription that didn't seem to help she referred me to a gastroenterologist. After all sorts of testing (upper endoscopy, stomach acidity test, etc.) they couldn't find anything major wrong and
told me to continue taking the prescription medications. The pain once again went away late winter. The pain returned again in the fall of 2002. I had been seeing Theresa for shiatsu massage to help with some of my tight muscles. After mentioning the issues I'd been having with my stomach, she recommended that we try hypnotherapy. I didn't really believe that hypnotherapy could help, but after a few more weeks of stomach pain at my next Shiatsu appointment I decided I might as well give it a try - it can't hurt. When I came in for my hypnotherapy session I was extremely skeptical that it could possibly help with the stomach problems I'd been having for the past 3 years. When I left the appointment my stomach hurt worse, if not more than ever. I went home that evening and went to bed. When I woke up the next
