Aloha and Hello My Friends,
It is good to be back to greet you with memories of the moana 'ocean' still alive within my heart.  I feel very much filled with 'mana' the breath of blessings from hawaii.  This time I traveled on two sacred roads.  One road to visit with my son and hawaiian daughter.  The other road was an invitation to make prayers for healing the hearts of the people of many nations.  So not only did I return with a tan, and a few pictures, but I return with a story from a sacred walk with a deeper consciousness of my connection with all my relations.  The time is now for all of us  to go within the sacred space of our heartmind, and bring our own truth and purpose into the light of day.  I am here to assist and guide you on your journey toward wholeness.  So if you are in a space of dis-ease, or emotional and spiritual dis-harmony then perhaps you feel called to some private healing time with me, where we can help you restore wholeness once again.  
There are also opportunities to explore healing in group settings too, where "The Three Ways to Bliss" class shares 3 simple yet powerful meditation practices that will clear your mind, strengthen life energy and balance the body.  And also being offered, a supportive healing group called "Hope Circle for Chronic Pain Relief" which offers a positive focused container for those who are experiencing chronic pain and allows for specific meditation practices to be developed and deepened, as well as group qigong healings and a safe sharing circle for those desiring wellness.

And even still, perhaps you feel called to create community with others who are choosing right now to walk in a beautiful way, as awakened souls on our grandmother earth.  Returning to some of the oldest practices that the first people used in connecting deeply with their own inner truth.  Once a month in 2 locations I will be holding a sacred space for you to come and to explore your inner teacher that will awaken you more fully on your sacred walk.
